Philippa Murphy

Philippa began her career in the recruitment industry in 1998. Philippa established Catch Recruitment in January 2005 to provide tailored recruitment services to small and medium sized private and public sector businesses. Using her tertiary qualifications in business and marketing, Philippa has continued to expand the Catch Recruitment branding through out Canberra and the local region. She gets great satisfaction from providing tailored recruitment solutions to an expanding trusted client base. Philippa has a passion for bringing together the right candidate with the right business and her commitment for the industry resonates through the values and service standards Catch Recruitment has been founded on. Philippa’s key areas of expertise include administration, finance, operational and contract/project management staff.

Kevin Ticehurst

Kevin is a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR strategic planning, performance management and corporate development. Kevin worked in many operational departments and agencies throughout his career before branching out as a contractor/consultant in 2001. Since that time, Kevin has been engaged to review HR polices and practices in large and small departments/agencies including the (then) Department of Workplace Relations, the (then) National Occupational Health and Safety Commission, Centrelink and the Murray Darling Basin Authority (formerly Commission). Kevin brings to the Catch Recruitment team extensive experience in HR administration, change management and workplace relations with particular expertise in recruitment and performance management.

Jessica Botterill

Jessica specialises in administration and government recruiting. She has more than 4 years experience in recruitment and selection and provides high level support for the Recruitment Support Service Model, which is used by many of our clients. Jessica's areas of expertise include managing bulk recruitment processes in addition to comprehensive scribing and selection report writing. Jessica's easily career in the customer service industry equips her with the necessary focus to apply a flexible approach to deliver quality outcomes for our clients. As an integral part of the business, Jessica also manages the administration support; including resourcing, quality assurance and account management. Jessica brings to the business a fresh and dynamic vision to 'help people love what they do'.
